Small Lots, Big Impacts Private Land Development Proposal
In response to the cityLAB-UCLA and Genesis LA Small Lots, Big Impacts RFI, Cettie formed a multidisciplinary development and architecture team (“Second Story Partners”) to propose a new model of attainable, fee-simple ownership on underutilized infill sites.
Cettie serves as the lead sponsor and author behind the proposal. The team was one of eleven development teams shortlisted in the Small Lots, Big Impacts initiative and remains eligible to receive funding to advance missing middle housing in Los Angeles.
